Nucli trio Interpreten La Música Laietana - CD

This second work by Nucli trio aims to be a tribute to the golden age of Zeleste and the musicians who were part of that underground, countercultural and eclectic Barcelona of the 70s, an era that we did not live through and that is why we have invited some musicians who did live through it and were part of it.

A movement through which all kinds of artists passed who have left an important legacy, not only in musical work, but also in pedagogical, since many of them were teachers at the first modern music school in the country, located in Zeleste itself.

A little-known movement that has not transcended the generations that have succeeded them. That is why we want to claim it and value it in this album.

Nucli Trio has worked on this repertoire with great love. This has allowed us to look back and discover some musical gems of our country that we did not know about.

Reinterpreting these themes and sharing them with some of the musicians who were an active part of the Ona Laietana has been an experience that has made us grow and that spurs us to move forward, making music beyond labels and fashions.
